When my cousin, a Nerium rep extraordinaire, asked if I’d like to review Nerium’s new Eye-V Moisture Boost Hydrogel Patches, I was happy to say yes. How could I say no, really, when I was confronted with this before and after picture:
Nerium Eye-V Moisture Boost Hydrogel Patches
When my patches arrived in the mail, I excitedly opened the package. I learned some things about the patches:
- They’re intended to be used weekly
- They provide quick, targeted moisturization to help soften delicate skin around the eyes
- They reduce puffiness
- They provide powerful, rejuvenating coolness
I tore open the packet, and applied a patch under one eye. Yes, one eye — because I wanted to get a side-by-side comparison of how I would look after trying these 🙂
The patch was easy to apply and did indeed feel cool. This was kind of nice on a 20-degree day, but I can imagine that in the summertime, these would feel even more refreshing. I waited 20 minutes, doing tasks around the house. Then, I removed the patch. And I asked daughter #3 to take a photo:
Yes, it is slightly disturbing to see a photo of myself that close-up with no makeup. Yikes!
But back on topic, can you tell which eye area had the patch used? (and don’t use the patch photo as a clue, since I took photos with each eye with a patch).
Drumroll, please: I used the patch on the eye you see on the left side. Honestly, while there’s not a big difference, I think that one may look slightly better? (and oddly, that eye appears a bit smaller! Strange?).
