Information and prize pack have been provided by General Mills through MyBlogSpark. I received a prize pack as well, although all opinions are mine alone.
Ah, the State Fair. It’s one of my very favorite places to visit, and I do that each year.
Where else can you savor that beautiful blue Midwestern sky?
Or search for a queen bee?
Okay, so maybe you’re curious about the America’s Helper Tour. Great, because I’m here to enlighten you :).
You know, I’m assuming, about Hamburger Helper. Our family has enjoyed them for years (Chicken Helper, too). What’s not to enjoy? They’re tasty, and — here’s the important part — easy to prepare. On a night when I might have carpool duty AND 3 or 4 piano students, ‘quick and easy’ is important!
So, the America’s Helper Tour is visiting several locations to publicize this delicious product, and we visited the Indiana State Fair location. I must say it was tons of fun. I could not believe all the freebies — the friendly helpers offered us can cozies, T-shirts, foam hands, and — of course — samples of Helper! I loved sweet and sour chicken. The kids voted for 3 cheese marinara.
Maybe you missed out on the America’s Helper Tour (or maybe not; check out the locations). That’s okay; try some of the new “Helper” flavors at your favorite store. This week at my Meijer, they were on sale for just $1. Can’t beat that!
I’d also like to treat one of you to an awesome Helper prize pack.
