This looks like the busiest week of December, so I’m really glad to have a menu plan. Let’s get to it:
Monday: Burrito Bake — found that I’d cut this out and put it into a recipe book, although I don’t remember making it. Sounds good.
Tuesday: mystery shop at a local Italian restaurant (yes, again!) — tons of work writing the report, but delicious food I don’t have to cook …
Wednesday: baked potato night — baking potatoes in the crockpot and putting out chili and taco toppings for them. My recent “Everyday Food” magazine says to individually wrap the potatoes in foil and cook in crockpot on low for 8 hours.
Thursday: Cheesy Chicken Tater Tot Crockpot Casserole — new recipe I found last week. I’ve made the Duggars’ tater tot casserole a few times, but this looks a bit healthier. I also like that it’s made in the crockpot, since Thursday is a busy piano lesson day here.
Friday: Chunky Turkey Chili — in a recent newsletter I got.

I never heard of making baked potatoes in the crock pot. For your family, how long does it take to get them done? Low or High?
