Monday: Pampered Chef Lasagna – I haven’t tried this yet, but I have it bookmarked and remember seeing it highly praised somewhere. It does look yummy.
Tuesday: Duggars’ Taco Soup — if you’re a fan of “19 Kids and Counting” on TLC, you’re familiar with the Duggar family. I like this soup (we think it tastes a lot like Wendy’s chili), but I usually make 1/3 of the recipe, because I have 3 kids (leave off the counting).
Wednesday: Pasta Prima Donna (very yummy!). It calls for basil pesto, and since I have a basil plant in the garden that is threatening to become a tree, I plan to make my own. If you use the recipe I link to, you’ll need to make 1/3 of the recipe to make the prima donna.
Thursday: Slow Cooker Pizza Pasta – I haven’t made this before, but it looks good.
Friday: Creamy Turkey Soup with bread from the bread machine.
Saturday: marching band potluck — I am trying Pineapple Pretzel Salad. Last year, this potluck featured more food than I had ever seen in my life. I think I brought 95% of my offering home. So, we’ll see how this goes over.
