Here’s the tentative plan:
Monday: Lasagna Soup with French bread in the bread machine. A favorite – really yummy and easier than lasagna.
Tuesday: Stroganoff — I have a few cans of the new Progresso Recipe Starters, and one has this recipe on the label. Have you tried these yet? Impressed, or not?
Wednesday: Arby’s is having a night where part of the proceeds go to my daughter’s band. We just may have to eat there.
Thursday: Breakfast for dinner — pancakes and applesauce. I’m eschewing more and more pre-made mixes, and pancake mix is one. I’m just not happy when I read the ingredients and see so much hydrogenated this and palm kernel oil that. So, although it’s a bit more work, I’ll try this recipe. It looks pretty fool-proof (although have you have a better one, please let me know).
Friday: Fish night — I have a box of Gorton’s (?) fish in the freezer. I’ll bake that and also have rice and a veggie.
