High Tea with a Side of Cadbury Ice Cream

tea party girl in fascinator hatHow better to celebrate national ice cream month than with a tea party featuring ice cream? That’s just what we did last week.

I invited over several of my piano girls, and we had a marvelous time. I showed them pictures from Queen Elizabeth’s Diamond Jubilee (there are awesome Diamond Jubilee printables here) and last year’s wedding of William and Kate. We played the Royal Wedding CD for background music as we munched on sandwiches and tea.

One of my students just returned from Europe (lucky girl!), and she shared souvenirs and pictures.

Then, it was on to the yummiest part of the afternoon:

  1. It looks like fun. Were your girls a part of this, too? If so, I don’t recognize them.

  2. Sounds delicious! All 4 flavors sound delightful. What a great idea for a tea party event. Can’t wait to try some Blue Bunny Cadbury flavors! Thanks for sharing this ideas with the rest of us.

  3. You’ve got the royal wedding cd? I have to tell my children there is someone more obsessed than me! lol….Love the party though! Hope those were cucumber or smoked salmon sandwiches sans crust, of course!!
