Monday: Make your own pizza – I make the crust; everyone adds toppings of their choice. Youngest daughter needs to make a frozen personal pizza for the fair, so here is her chance to practice.
Tuesday: Salsa Chicken
# of chicken breast/tenders per person
1 cup salsa
1/2 pkg taco seasoning
sour cream to taste
Put all but sour cream in crock pot. Cook on low for 4 hours (high until chicken falls apart). Stir in sour cream to taste at the very end to mix & warm. Serve over Mexican rice.
Wednesday: One Skillet Lasagna and French bread
Thursday: Pulled chicken sandwiches
Friday: Chicken Frito Pie
