Menu Plan Monday

Or, a week in which I am a cooking bum, being tired from all the baking Saturday and having a lot of evening activities.  Here it is, such as it is:

Monday: Hamburger Helper, Mongolian Beef variety.  Yeah, I know – but it’s actually pretty good.  I add extra pasta and veggies and often leave out some of the seasoning pack to make it healthier.

Tuesday: Texas Two Step Chicken Picante – easy and good.

Wednesday: Spaghetti Pie – thankfully, frozen from several weeks ago.

Thursday: I am playing for a Christmas choir tour so one daughter and I will eat at Pizza Hut after that; leftovers for the others.

Friday: Wendy’s Chili – maybe I’ll make breadsticks too?
